anyone remember the yr4 from ages ago/???

i have one from wen i gave up racin in 99.

its the yr4 m2 typej all carbon and fastrx blue ally. is it still a quik car? :)

I answer to your question, is it a fast car.
Well it depends, how good you are. Sorry not that helpful I know but to get back in to the sport if it has go 4 wheels then practice on that and then make your move into a new tech racer.
Big changes since 99 in the way of cars, cells, chargers etc so what do you have left from your old days?
I would suspect Nicads where NiMh is the weapon of choice these days with the cell charging system, chances are that your old charger wont charge NIMH cells. Drop me a PM if you want me to give you some sugestions on what and where to buy.

ive got a yr4-ii pro. i gave up and bought a tc3 because it didnt seem quick enough and parts were also hard to come by. i aren't a perticularly good driver so im sure if you practice enough, you'll do well.

I used to run a yr4 type j. Found it much better than my MR4. Parts where hard to come buy so i am now with a rc lab.
