Gearing a team orion 12*1

hey guys

i normaly run stock, but im thinking of doing the hpi rounds with my pro 3 and was wondering what ratio should i start with, with out over gearing it. And i have to run mod so i have a 12*1 HS only so thats what i will be useing lol

Which HPI are you talking about ? Don Valley or the outdoors series ?

If DV then a 7.5 ratio should be a good start.

Otherwise, for outdoors something like 6.5 should be ok as a start.

OR 1.0 for my hara motor it is well fast, try a twisted arm in your matrix can fabien !!!
