HI GUYS

Post just arrived letter from hall arrived at last first date 14/1/08 not much notice i know but sorry all
Letter has also noted to me that due to soldering and glueing being done on tables and room not left clean(yea right i there till gone midnight every race night) the rent has gone up and they have only let me have four dates as a tester to see if the room can be kept clean

sorry to have to inform you but due to problems at the location of our race club i am having to put a temp hold on ALL MEETINGS till further notice , hope to have it sorted out in couple of weeks can you pls let other racers know and to keep eye on here and our website for new dates or location
I will post the minute i have some news once again sorry for all this i am trying to get it sorted

Well I spoke to Brandon lastnight,

he has asked that we look for a new venue for the club, as we can no longer use the hall.

so guys. its up to us to keep the club going...

any suggestions?

I'm pretty sure I could find a venue if everyone is happy to re-locate to Lutterworth. The only thing being that it's only 15 mins from Rugby, who obviously already have their own stockcar club and I wouldnt want to be treading on any toes!!

If Lutterworth is ok, what sort of hire charge is currently paid at Stoney (& Hathern for that matter)? I'm also assuming that storage will also be required.

Finally, what are the minimum room size requirements?

Wouldn't be a problem, as Stoney runs Bangers and Rugby only race stockcars.
