Summer Racing

MKRCTC and CARS are thinking of running an "inter club" 1/12th scale series during the summer so that we can keep our hand in with 1/12th scale.

At the moment I'm considering 2 meetings at each club with both individual and team/club prizes. The format would be fairly relaxed and the emphasis would be on fun racing.

CARS run on Saturday evenings, and MKRCTC run on Sundays.

It would be nice if we could get the interest of another club and make the series a "triple crown". If you know of a club local(ish) to these clubs who would like to join in, please PM me.

In order for us to consider progressing this, could you indicate via PM or reply to this post. We will endevour to avoid clashing with BRCA/BTCC/TORC/STCC as many of you will be racing in one or other of these events.

Brilliant idea Dave!

What about trying to get West Bridgeford included? They are in the Nottingham area (so in the middle of MK and CARS nearly) and do run the odd heats for 12th scale.

hey guys

it's a good idea, and west bridgford could get in volved but im the only club member that races 1/12, most drives that race on a sunday at wbmcc come from CARS lol. but good idea lol. i might come along if i can be acounded for lol
