which motor

Could anybody give me some advise on whether i should but a:

SPEED PASSION BRUSHLESS MOTOR 13.5/27T
OR
NOSRAM Dragon - 15.5 Brushless Motor

Both are 27t equivelants. If their are any others please advise me

Also could anybody recomend a cheapish speed controller to go with it.
