Anyone help! I've seen somewhere a Caravan Chassis kit, but I can't find it again. I want a chassis kit rather than having to manufacture one. Any ideas???? Please :D

Manic Rc did a trailer kit, complete with trailer and chassis etc for Mardave cars.
Not sure if the Caravan shell would fit on this chassis.
I`ve got a couple of the trailer kits I could sell if this would help.

I am going to start making Caravan chassis in a few weeks as they are often asked about. It would make it easier for people if there was a chassis available. It will be vac formed plastic and will only need a rear axle , spur , spacer and wheels.

Ok so are you making an actual vacuum formed chassis or a body shell??
Im a lil confused.
If I had some time on my hands I would just produce a T shaped metal bar which would be threaded at the three ends to enable you to fit wheels and a towing eye.

I am gonna make a shallow vac formed undertray which will bond to the top making a solid box. There will be wheel arches moulded in.

Is there any clubs that allow alley caravan chassis  Don't know any who don't there are no cut and fast rules to follow, a lot of our club members use ally shells as well as our chassis.
