eb4 fuel tank problems

Hi all

I have got an eb4 s3 and i am having some trouble with the fuel tank breakin at the rear mounting screw. Has anybody else had this problem? and would a tank off another car fit?

Yup mugen mbx5 tank fits stright on and gives better pick up too.

i have never had a prob with the tank splitting, are you possibly overtightening the screws? also, that 38mm long bit of fuel line to take the fuel that is spilt out the bottom of the car actually works better at stabalising the tank than it does at getting rid of excess fuel! so i would reccomend using that if you dont already.
