I am getting a b3 and would be grateful if any one could give a basic idea of how it should be geared on a small indoor track?
Cheers for any advice!!!

give us a clue -
what motor are you running?
what batteries do you have?
what spur gear is currently on the car?
if you do not know any of this, copy the gear ratio's set out in the back of the manual, which from memory, is basically, 81 spur, and for a 10 turn motor, I think it was an 18 pinion, for an 11 turn motor it was 21, and for a 12 turn motor it was 22.
Can you guess what it is for an 13 turn motor?
all of these gearings give plenty of scope for improvement, but they are a starting point.

Right:
Fantom 27t team or Charmeleon 19t
Very punchy 2400's or GP 3300's
Dont know what spur I think its just the one you get with it(its second hand)
The surface I am on is a slippery polished floor.
Also do you know the internal ratio of the B3 so I can work out my ratio's?
P.S It has a mtroniks cube in it if that makes any difference.

I run both of those winds with the kit spur gear and a 25 tooth pinion. Sometimes, if the track is short and twisty, I would take the 19 double down to a 23 on the kit spur.
You would probably benefit from taking some of the punch out of the speed control and backing your slipper clutch off too, if the track is very slippy

What size is the kit spur(the black one)?

The kit spur is 81, i would recommend a 27 - 28 pinion with the 27t and punch level 2 or 3. And as has been said back your slipper off a little as polish wood is very slippery.
