MX4 is not a bad car. Bits are avaialble via CML but you might have to wait on some items as tehy aren't kept in stock any more.

If you have one it will see you right, if your thinking of buying one may I please introduce it's younger and faster brother ... the BC Special.....

I saw one on ebay which was going cheap and looked pritty good. I don't want to have to wait for parts mind you. I will no doubt just wait and save up for a BC Special.

That would be your best bet mate.

I have an MX4. It is a nice car but is not a patch on the BC. There are several reason why but it's mainly in the weight distribution. Was no where near as bad as some people would have you belive thoguh.

I can't fault the BC and as Yokomo have stated that there will be no shaft driven off-road car (at least not in the near future) I think the BC is a safe bet longevity wise too.

Track side support is good too now, mainly thanks to Doom.

I've looked at the car on Ebay and it still has the split top deck, that would NEED to be changed for a solid version and also has the original suspension uprights. These where changed for the TC (now BC) style ones as soon as they came out by all the team drivers. Shock are Still Yokomo and most people used Associated so you'd be out on your own as far as set-ups are concerned.

To change that lot, plus the price of the car would be near to the asking price for a BC Special ... and still not as quick.
