AMBrc system now at the club!

Dear members/racers,

The committee at sdrcc are proud to announce to you all in the UK that we have taken the leap and upgraded to the AMBrc digital timing system! ;)

This means that if you own a personal transponder you can use it to race at sdrcc from April 2004 (Round 2 is on Sunday April 11th).

Do not worry if you do not own a personal just yet as we also have 20 rechargable digital clip-in transponders too.

This is great news for the club and we all look forward to seeing you all for a great days racing on April the 11th.

We are setting up the new system over the weekend so watch this space to see how it goes.

Well folks,

It was dry for about 2 hours for the testing of the new system and all went great! ;D

Thanks to Chris & Alex Pollard and Grahame Dow for carrying on running in the rain so that we could continue testing, it was a great help! ;)

Although Round 2 was called off due to the weather, we were still able to fully test the new AMBrc timing system and i'm pleased to tell you that it passed with flying colours! :D
