FDR changes for bonded to sintered rotor change

Hi,

I'm running a Novak 6.5 with a bonded rotor at an FDR of 8.4. If I change the rotor to a sintered one, what kind of change (if any) will I need to make to the gearing?

You don't NEED to change it, but you can normally gear up at least a tooth, maybe 2 or 3, no loss of acceleration and the speedo and motor still likely to run cooler. Depending on driving style you may need to knock the drag brake down a notch or too though.
