I've heard loads about speedmaster having great speedos especially speedmaster 40 and 60 but does anyone know anything about speedmaster silver star ultra?
Thanks

I had not heard of it until reading your post. I am not aware of anyone using one at Wycombe. Have you read the spec. on the website?

"It does not have quite the same current capability and braking smoothness as the V60 but plenty of grunt/power for your money"
Hope this helps.

I use one of these.
It's bigger physically than a 40 or 60, but reasonably lightweight.
Easy to set up, instant reverse. More than enough current handling.
It's worked fine for me.
