Camping is available at eastbourne, there is a small charge of £5 per night for a tent or £10 for caravans, sorry its in the lease.

You may camp on saturday night without problem, friday evening arrivals can be prior arranged if needed.

Any other questions please ask.

Who do i need to speak to about booking in a caravan for friday and saturday night?
Also, don't suppose there are any facilities like water, waste, electric etc...?

also...

what the deal with generators - can we run them at all? if not during the race, what about to run the caravan on friday and saturday?

we have water and there is a toilet there also, generators are allowed as long as they are placed in a place where its not going to annoy people.theres no electric at the moment we are in talks with the electric people at the moment.
you can contact a member of the commitee through the eastbourne website to arrange getting in on a friday night

yeh - trying desperately to persude the missus that i need to come along - falling on deaf ears at the moment though :-( mind you there's 2 more weeks left to wear her down yet.

I've published the info about your venue on our stcc website, if you've got anything else which may be of use to us, or if anything is not accurate, let me know so i can update the eastbourne page for our guys.

many thanks mate.

leaving once my daughter gets out of school - so probably be down to you some time between 6 and 8 - just depends on the friday traffic.

Is there a contact we can call, so you don't have to wait around for us?

Couple of things too...

Are we locked in after a certain time?
and, Is the ground quite level/firm?
