i got a tamiya ta03 and i've just nackered up one of the gears that the belt goes round. the hole where little screw thing goes in, i think's called a "grub screw", i knackered up d threads of (the hole it goes into) is it wise to super glue it on, or can i easy get some more of the pulleys that the belt goes round?

personally. i like to think there is one place where super glue is needed on a rc car. And thats the tyres anywhere else and it seems like bother its always better to just get a new part !!!

That sticky fingers again !!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

You could also re drill and tap another hole, but you need the hardware to so it so if you have to buy it, then it's not worth it...

Buy a new part and be easier on that one...

ask the guys at ???. I've been able to ask them for bits and they know alot. Or try tamiyaclub.com. They are a crazy lot with wayyyyy too much info just floating around. :o

just get your instuction book and look up the part number on the back and ring a few hobby shops, i am sure you will find one around. The 03 isnt a current kit anymore but some of the bigger places may have some old stock left over.
