Are you suppose to use moly grease on the thrust bearing or is silicon grease okay on both thrust and main bearings ?

Either will be okay, as it is a one-piece thrust race (center part). However, only put the slightest amount onto the thrust plates, and smear it into a VERY thin layer.

I used AE Stealth grease on both.
