Hi all,

I'm trying to rebuild my old V12 but its been years since I last played around with it (maybe 12 or so!!) and I'm struggling to work out what goes where. I've got the exploded diagram off the Mardave site but I can't quite make out the detail......

There are two M3x25mm screws that pass through the chassis but I can't make out what fits between the pivot plate and the chassis. Is it a washer or nut or o-ring? There's a recess in the underside of the pivot plate which is adding to my confusion.

Also I see you can buy the 'o'-rings separately too (in packs of 5). Question is: how many o-rings are there in the pivot plate all together? Currently I just have one fitted around the pivot plate guide.

Thanks in advance for any assistance......

Tom

The M3x25 screws are held in place by an M3 nut. The recess is there so the lower motor pod can still fit flush to the chassis. Then, the motor pod is put in place. On top of that, you put the springs, then the spring retainer, then an M3 nyloc. (I think!).

There is only one O-ring used, on the pin in the centre of the rear pod.
