What tyres are you running with your car, 90% of a cars handling relies on the tires, do they also have equal tread on all sides, sounds silly but i had this once on carpet with my old tc3 and it was unraceable, mind you it wasn't much better after :P

I was just going to say, Chris, is there a "top driver" at your club who is running a losi. He / she would be the best person to ask for advice for setup based on the prevailing surface conditions. Most top drivers are prepared to take your car for a spin round the track and offer setup advice based on how your car feels to them.

i know that this might not be the case. But our club has been racing for about hmmmmmmmm lets just say as long as i can remember. And been through phases of using all different tyres. But the overall best tyre found are the good old chumacher yellow rally blocks. can grip roll on polished floor, not bad hey !!!

give them a try if you get chance run blue springs all the way round the car any more pm me......

I race an XXX-S on a polished sports hall floor. The tyres I use are narrow Schumacher blue mini pins on narrow wheels with Schumacher blue inserts. These seem to give more bite than yellows.

PM me if you would like a copy of my setup.
