Hello
i am fairly happy with my xxx-s after ironing out a few small problems.
i use the graphite c hubs but the grub screw in these strips incredibly easily and i am not a fan of c-clips.

i had these fastraxx blue c hubs which i thought were a very good fit but when they were tested my car just rattled when i was steering under throttle, does anyone know why this was or what i should do ???
many thanks Mike

The problem is the CVD. If your steering is on full lock and you accelerate the driveshafts are on to much of angle and dont run smoothly. Ihave this problem with my car and the only thing I can suggest is that your get a more adjustable transmitter(If you havnt already got one) If so turn down how far the steering can turn so you dont get full lock. If you need full lock live with the rattling. This is what I have done :D
Hope this has helped ;D

This is true, my xray (cough sorry) does the same thing on absolute full lock, but on average, my transmitter dual rate is set to 65% of full lock so I don't get this issue on the track.

Hi Marcus and Chris
thanks for the reply. i can turn the steering length and responsiveness down to about 75% at the max as i will be attending a track which is usually pretty tight,
I suppose all great cars have their blemishes, but this is annoying, oh well must remember to pack my ear plugs when i go.
