Guys, some of you may recall that I mentined in a post that had got some grade 12 countersunk bolts as I was tired of the normal ones bending (now, if I didn't drive like a **** I wouldn't have this problem...)

Anyway, these were crash tested last week and although I broke a wishbone, the bolts remained straight. I'll be trying to get some more before this weekend and will bring them to Mold. If you're interested in buying a pair or 2, let me know by PM.

So I'll only need 2 then and a plentiful supply of wishbones ;D

After Mold the cars a bit battered but the screws are OK ;D

Glenn, I lknow the feeling - I had 2 new bodyshells for Mold, and they are ready for the bin now. That'll teach me to buy lightweight ones! I picked up their replacements from Glynn at a tenner each - about 3 times as thick. Additional weight, but more durable. I was lying 2nd in the E until I clipped the chicane and lost a front wheel and 2 bearings (found the wheel and 1 bearing) but couldn't finish the race!

But the bolts are still straight!

I managed to bend a front suspension bolt,

Mind you, I did do a pivot ball screw and a wishbone at the same time ::)
