Shock lengths with the 2mm spacers

For those of you who run the 2mm spacer inside the shock as per the 'Hara Build', What shock lengths are you guys running from ballcap end to shock top end?

And..are you running kit o-rings of the 'Competition 50' o-rings?

I dont use the spacer so cant help there, but I do use the competition O-rings. No idea if they make any difference as I have never used the standard ones, but they're the same price.
