Yokomo Bd setup

I am racing this weekend at the carpet thashnal. Could anyone tell me a basic setup to use. I am running in 19turn. I have a spool in the front.

Sorry James, havent been on here for a couple of days, hence no reply.
I will be at the next Thrashnall racing the BD. If you are still looking for help, you know where I usually pit. Bring the car over and I will have a look over it and give you some pointers.
