Hi,
I just bought a losi one way diff and it lasted all of 3 minutes before the right hand bearing jammed! Is their any way to make them stronger? (i am using it in a xxx4) I have heard the apex models version is stronger?
Cheers
Alex

Hello
i've heard this happening quite a few times with the losi one way, i'm not sure if there is a way of strengthening but the apex one is meant to be stronger and cheaper too :D
sorry not much help
Mike
I dont know what all the fuss is about.
I am still running my original one way in my xxx4. It's been in there since Jan 03 and gets used every Thursday night indoors and did all the regionals, regional finals and various club meetings at Stotfold with it.
What you need to do is to ensure the the droop is limited, so that the driveshafts don't come out too far, allowing the output cups to come out of the bearings.

I haven't had any problems with mine except that I've damaged one of the cup rings. Can I replace these seperately?

there is a way to make them stronger, the problem is that the cup comes out of the 1way a little, it is then only running on half the width of the rollers and can snatch and break the 1way
I will write up some insructions on how to get them to stay in (soon)
and yes you can buy the cups and rings seperately
