wide wheels

hi there,
does anyone know how a XXXs handling changes when you go from thin wheels to wide wheels?

I would start to get your car setup using the wide wheels now. it seems that the narrow ones are getting short in supply

EDIT - I just re-read your post, are you talking about a XXX-S not a XXX 2WD buggy? if thats the case, ignore the above. you should make the 'S' bit a bit clearer, I thought you were talking about the plurel of XXX (the 2WD buggy), ::)

on polished wood: narrow rims have more drive, more sidebite, but have a dendancy to be slightly "snappy"
the wides have less overally grip, but typically will be easier to drive.

On tarmac, the wider wheel, will give the tyre a lower profile and stop the tyre moving about as much. prob more sidebite with a narrow rim though, and easier to drive.
