National Truggy Series [Archive]

Hello,
I would appreciate it sincerely if someone from the BRCA could advise me on how I make a proposal to run National series for Truggies for 2007. I understand the AGM is at the end of October and typically for most organisations the notice is 3 weeks so I'm hoping that I still have time to submit a proposal.

What format,
Who I sent it too - how many votes I need for it to pass etc.

Theory is that the Truck section should hold its AGM at the same time as the rest of the AGM's on the last sunday of October.

You need to speak to either Steve Hadley or Kevin Allcock about what they can accept and what they can not be my guess is any constructive help will be appreciated.

My prediction is that truggys will become more popular this year and could start exploding WITHOUT much infa structure in place. Its not for me to say but my guess is many old buggys will find their way into a drivers armoury as a truggy for the less stressful and less serious days out!

Some sort of co-operation would make much sense.

Kevin,the truck section secretary got back to me today about proposals is
e-mail was as follows,

Hi Ollie
Any proposals must be sent to me by the end of september duly proposed and seconded.
e-mails are not acceptable.
Contact details are as before but ignore my home phone number in the handbook,

So you have till the end of september to get any proposals in for the AGM.
