If you switch from the silver 540 to a rebuildable 27turn what what would you recommend to change the gearing to?

used to b 10/50, but as the 27's are getting so good now i would look at trying 10/50+.

i tried 10/50 couple of weeks ago n could not get power down, too much grip, any taller gearing tho n itl take to long to get to full speed.
