I recently bought a second hand XXXS or XXXS+ ( don't know which it was as the turnbuckles with the car appear to be the origional XXXS ones as do the front and rear arms and hubs, however, the rest of the car Chassis, Shock Towers etc is all graphite and the shocks are the threaded sort).

I recently purchased the Lunsford XXXS Titanium Turnbuckle kit and assembled them as per the instructions available off the losi web site (XXXS G instructions available only no standard XXXS instructions). Now i wish i never touched the car at all as the camber is now way out and the front has got extreme toe out (on one side, even though each pair of turnbuckles is the stated length)
I can't even put the old turnbuckles back on as i dismantled them to use the ball cups.

Can anyone give me any hints how to sort this mess out ??? ??? ???

I would have liked to explain the above better but I am new to the hobby in general and even newer to Touring Cars

Sounds like you got a BSA (bits Spares and Allsorts) there fell. The XXXS and XXXS G+ shock towers are slightly different, but you shouldn't go too far wrong with them, as the G+ just got more adjustment holes.

Best thing is to build the turnbuckles, then adjust on the car to suit correct camber angles or toe in/out. Just make sure it is symmetrical either side for pick up points.

Also, for the steering, make sure the steering is central on the drag link, and adjust either side to get the required adjustment.

Cheers Steve.

What do you mean when you say "Pick Up Points"

I went onto the Losi site and found the old XXXS Manuel, and all is good
