i'm running Fast foam at the moment. Try any other Gandini foam they are good too. Ted longshaws has them in and they are cheap. Heres a rough setup for 414, should work for the EVO as they have the same suspension geometry:
FRONT
White spring
1.6mm rollbar (supplied with wcr, but you can easily custom make one)
50wt oil (try 60-70 also)
1 hole in on tower, outer on bone
2mm front front susp. block
0.7 rear front susp. block
0.7 under top link
2 deg camber
C2 left, C1 right
0 deg toe
REAR
Blue spring (may try white)
Blue rollbar
50wt oil
center hole on tower, outer on bone
1.4 front rear susp. block
0.7 rear rear susp. block
inner position on hub (top link)
3mm under top link
2 deg camber
3.5 deg toe
OTHER
Trinity carpet stratus
Trinity monster HP stock
128/31 gearing
40 shore Fast foam front
35 shore Fast foam rear
think thats all ;D

Thanks Tom, I'll give some of those a try, I think I am pretty close on most of it anyway!!
Do you sauce your tyres??

My car was running fast anyway so i didnt feel i needed the exra grip. My brother did try LRP blue factor though and said it was good (full coat f and r). Try Paragon aswell, it the best on foam!

Yeah, I'm using Paragon, although I do have LRP too !
I normally run slightly softer foam ( Pink, Double Pink) and don't bother with sauce, but it's nice to experiment!

Jaco
I got Ground Effects from Paragon
i was running Red Springs up front and Blue in the back for outdoors, so just wanted to stiffen slightly.
Anyone tried the new harder springs yet??

There are a couple of sellers on E-Bay doing sets of springs.
Although it might be worth just getting the 3 newest to add to the rest you might already have.
For the sway (anti roll) bar, anyone else run the front on top al-la 414??
