Mission Setups?

Hi

Does anyone have a good basic setup for a S1. It's for carpet racing on T27 tyres. I'm a beginner so something forgiving would be nice :)

p.s this would be for either the Cambridge or Over circuits.

Hi,
Go on the Schumacher site go to Set ups
You can down load Andy Wallis's Worksop Set up and Richard Barton's Woodston Park Set ups.
These are a good starting point.

I would sugest,
2 Degres camber all round
2 Degres toe in all round
5 mm ride height
This is a very basic set-up, this is what i run (apart from the 5 mm ride height, but you should experiment with different set ups to see what works best, that set up might work well but if you experiment and change it slightly it might work even better!

Andy, Go with Mark's geometry settings above (although i would run 0 toe front and 1 deg camber on front). Then use 45wt oil, 2 hole pistons, blue springs. Outer hole on wishbones, 2nd from out on shock mounts. Middle caster setting (10 deg? - can't remebeber !!) You may want red front springs, depending on grip and how you like the car. I take this as a fairly base setting it isn't generally all that far out.
