C clips on XXXS

Hi there,
If anyone is having a problem with the pins in the uprights coming out because of the set screw put some C clips on and they keep them in!

...or grind a small grove in the hinge pin for the set screw to key into...... 8)

I never really saw the point to the C clips to be honest. They were more hastle than they were worth. The single grub screw (especially with Ginga's suggestion) works perfectly.
