Can someone recommend a gear ratio starting point for running a 12T indoor on a twisty carpet track?
Also could someone tell me where i can get a spur gear bigger than 100T
No suggestions of changing to 48dp gearing please

RW make larger spur gears in 64dp any stockist of RW products should be able to help you out.
108 is the largest you can fit in the car and ratio wise I would say somewhere around 8.5-9.0FDR
Indoor's i run a 110 Corally 64dp spur and between 9 and 10 final ratio seems to work well and i only run 3300's and a 12x2.
Hope this helps.
Believe me a 110 does fit it's dead flush with chassis!
