Hi.
What are your thoughts on Faster Rotation on the rear in the corners, because when I last raced, I had slow rotation on the rear, and it snatched, Presently running 1 degree Neg Camber all round Factory camber link postions, 3# pistons, 70W shock oil, factory springs, but I will try 50W Oil, but with slightly stiffer springs, and more camber - maybe 2 degree Neg.

Some helpful advice is needed.
Thanks.
Rob.

I've tried everything I can and I can't get the tail to unstick smoothly... if it does break away, it goes suddenly then it's hard to bring it back.

I find that the stiffer I go at the rear, the less it wants to grip under power, but the steering stays about the same! Quite frustrating, but I'm kind of learning to drive the car with a bit of understeer. I think that's it's nature.

More camber at the rear may well give you more grip though. You can try less rear toe. Maybe less rear droop.

When I raced the SD last week, it sticks very well on corners, and it only snatched a little on the middle the corner.
But I have never had a grip problem that I've noticed.
It's only a little fussy when wanting to go tightly round very tight corners.

But I need to know wether softing up the oil then stiffening the springs would help the situation.

P.S, I have completed the SD servo conversion, and I did remove the Centre stiffening bar.

Thanks.
Rob.

More help wanted ?

But I did find my Xray Evo2 easier to setup than the SD.

from what i have driven my evo 2 it is way better than my old SD.

anyway, my SD felt very twitchy on the back, mid corner to. is it something with all SD's or was it just me ???

coz i am trying to set my dads SD up at the moment and it is seeming very hard to do.
