It makes life easier for the guys if you book in on line and you pay when confirming you are there on the day.

Merry Christmas everyone.

Last time I checked (Mr)Kerswell and (Mr)Holloway had Corally's on their benches.

My cyclone hasn't turned a wheel yet; should be interesting on a nice icy track!

Entries are now nearing the fifty mark :D

Tried its best to snow here this morning but what little there was has now gone :)

My favoured weather forecast site indicates Monday will be OK weather wise :) It's what happens between now and then that will influence our chances of racing... I suspect any serious amount of the white stuff will not clear sufficiently to allow us to proceed :(

I will visit the track on Sunday and post my decision here sometime during the afternoon... So please check here before you set your alarms for Monday morning...

Can't you get remote controlled grit lorries and snow ploughs then?! :D

Instead of 'coking' the track like at the ko, we could soak it in de-icer!

Tried that, ended up with less grip than when it was ice.

Should the meeting go ahead, which if current good weather continues over next two days, looks more than likely. I've been advised by Paul (Burger Man) that due to a faulty burner on the stove he will not be able to provide his usual full menu... He will still be able to provide hot drinks and 'some' hot food....

Hello Steve. You've got PM.

Merry New Year everyone!

I've just returned from the track... Shame about the overnight rain as I believe track was more or less dry yesterday afternoon... I've tidied up the mess left by the Unofficial New Years 'partyiers' and cleared away as much of the remaining Autumnal leaves as I had time for...

I believe the weather forecast is reasonably OK for tomorrow...

Gate will open 08:00hrs (might try and get there a few mins early :) NO promises though :D )....

Hi Steve,

I have blown the dust of me Xray and I will be there!

Having done nothing but 1/12th for 5 months... I cannot understand why the tyres on this thing are so big and rubbery!

6 Cells. Now there is a novelty!

It's all about a good day out!

Cheers

Thanks to the team that was another good meeting at WLRC, yesturday was a lot of fun and I'm really looking forward to the next round now !

I thought the new software worked well and the race progress chart was interesting to.

See you all there !

Thankyou to everyone who attended the New Year Bonus meeting for your patience yesterday.... With un-familiar software in use, at West London, for the first time it could have gone horribly wrong...

We'll be back to our usual 'stuff' at the next club meeting...

I hope to be able to organise a couple more 'Bonus' meetings in the next couple of months to enable us to continue to evaluate potential new race control software for the club for the 2006 Summer Series...

Weather was not too bad and a 'freebie' days racing for club members... All in all not too bad a start to the year for the club...

I'll be posting the Summer Series dates on this forum sometime before the week-end...

Thanks for your continued support...

Due to very high volume of applications BRCA membership sec. has stopped, for the time being, sending out cards to home addresses individually... Instead is sending to 'club contact' to pass to their club members...

We'll be holding another bonus meeting on 26th March. To give our drivers going to the Wrexham National a chance to get use to going anti-clockwise we'll be running the track the opposite way round. Steve, get cleaning out the alternate timing loop slots.
