It is with great regret that due to unforeseen circumstances, production and the subsequent release of the Neo Shot buggy has been cancelled. Tamiya would like to thank everyone for inquiries received regarding this product and sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience caused by its cancellation.

Does that mean the there won't be an MB-01 chassised car, or just the Neo Shot won't be coming out?

I think you'll find the whole project for this chassis is scrapped

Kind of sad I think :'( ? I wanted a "real" off-road buggy from Tamiya. Those B-buggies are only good for Beginners. Not even close to be able to compete IMO.

They may possibly have been testing the chassis and found it to be uncompetitive. There may be a re-think or re-design on the way. If your going to have a competition car, you had better make sure it can compete with the XXX4 and Yokomos or why bother...

tamiya supposedly had been developing a 414 based car, perhaps they're now doing one based on the evo, or even the 415 ;)
