Will tyre warmers be legal for the winter series this year?

I have been told that the BRCA ruling to allow Tyre Warmers does not take effect untill April 2006. If that is true then No.

I am sure Steve will clarify one way or the other.

I was under the impression that it is up to individual clubs whether they want to allow them before this date.

Eg. Carpet Thrashnals Indoor Series has now allowed there use.

not yet aware of the regulations of tyre warmers, in the winter they dont have great effect as the majority of meetings are wet or damp.

Given this a bit of thought and spoke to Graham on the subject. Cannot foresee any problems with allowing their use for Winter Series.
