Hi guys

yeah im new! sorry to ask a stupid question ive been out of the scene for a long time and just trying to get back into it

I have just built up a king blackfoot, noticed that the steering servo has a lot of play in it. Is this normal? im sure i assembled it correctly?!

i have a 13 year old blackfoot with the same problem, surely Tamiya would of sorted this buy now? or have i done something wrong? ::)

cheers

:) I can't comment on the King Blackfoot specifically, but a lot of Tamiya chassis' are reincarnated with different bodyshells, names, etc. with little (if any) modifications to the original chassis base at all.

Regarding the steering servo (or is it the servo saver/arm?) Tamiya tend to 'factor-in' slop, which in turn, assists the models to resist crash damage.

I hope I've helped
