novak or lrp BL?

The GTB has only very recently became available in limited quantity so you might not be able to pick one up for a little while.

What system is better for you depends on what your going to be using it for, so for an accurate answer you need to say if you'll be planning to race it or bashing, onroad/buggy/truck vehicle, if you want to run 7 cells and if the size is the esc is an issue.

As for performance drop off, with my Mtroniks system (which uses the same magnets in the motor as the LRP/Novak systems) I've noticed no performance drop since the day I brought it, and its had over 100 runs on it easily, most of them being on 7 cells moving a 1:10 truck which strains it at times. All I've had to do is oil the bearings in the motor once to keep it quiet.

My Sphere has been superb using the VECTOR brushless motor and also with brushed motors, really can't fault it.

power is very high, performance similar to a 9x2 brushed motor but with much longer runtimes.

ive had about 300 runs on mine (LRP/VECTOR)
No problems as yet in the back of my B4 on a punishing off road track !!!

Having seen both in operation, i now have fitted to my car with a Novak 5.5 R GTB system. Awesome power, and much faster than the LRP / Reedy setup. If you want to use the slower LRP motor, it is compatable aswell.

The car is the fastest thing I've ever seen with this in.
