Hyper7 PBS Suspension, Toe In and Pivots?

Having bought my Hyper 7 PBS second hand I had left a lot of the settings 'as is' but now I'm trying to do things for myself and I'm getting confused. :confused:

Should the Pivot Balls be screwed in flush with the end of the suspension arms and how do I adjust the toe in (it appears to be uneven at the rear), is this also by adjusting how the pivot balls stick out etc?

Also, if anyone has any closeup photo's of how there rear and front suspension goes together it would be much appreciated.
