The RC-Labs looks very light.
How heavy are your cars? (please in kg)

Well my GT3 kit comes in at 1530g with a personal transponder, so I'm pretty happy with that.

That's using:-

Keyence Zero V extreme
KO 297 Receiver
KO 2173 Servo
Monster Stock Motor
GP Cells

And on the SSB STCC control tyres. The 7-7 Club chassis is very light though, with all the plastic pieces.

I can't seem to get my 7.6 PRO below 1570 running the following setup.

GP 3300 cells
Monster stock
GM V8 ESC (super short wires)
Hitech Metal gear hi torq servo
Alloy front and rear steering parts
Carbon battery holder...
Standard LAB wheels with molded inserts and sorex 28 slicks..

What do I do wrong?

I don't think you're doing anything wrong - if you look at a GT3 it has a lot more cutouts in the chassis along with the thinner top decks. I also have the lightweight layshaft fitted to my car.

The plastic shock towers on the 7.6 kit were pretty heavy though, and the new black wishbones from the GT3 kit should be a bit lighter as well, so that's probably where most of the extra comes from. The shock towers can be replaced with carbon ones, and the new wishbones will fit straight onto the older cars.

I've got a 7.7 (that's kinda a hybrid, half club, half pro) that weighes in at about 1430. That kinda stunned me :o
