Lowering TC3 with inch ups. Wont go!

Just started back at Don valley Cos of the HPI series.

Im running inch up, and find the only way i can et my car to sit at 5 mm is to put washers under the shock tower. is there any after market jobbies with more holes in.

Iv alway thought the shock towers were a bit basic ant tamiya like!

Are you running the rear tower on the front. If you are then you need to also have V2 wishbones and use the outside hole. The other thing is to cut 2mm off the ball joint that the spring retainer sits on. This makes the spring retainer sit further down (towards ground) and so enabeling 5mm ride height.
