20wt oil in shock with gold/green spring
tweek set very soft

Q1. Do you always run 3 washers for caster aprox 1.5mm total or was it just for Macc ?
Q2. And the bodyshell was ?

Did you apply addertive at front & rear at the same time?If so will you be using that method a lot or is it more for tracks that have a lot of sharp corners?
I tried hard damper syrup in last final-but i did'nt like has much has when i used soft-(car became a bit sharp-i think)But that may have been because i was not use to it??
I didn't think to try softer springs has i was nervous if i would get grip roll, which i didn't on the sunday but did in the last final on saturday!!
One Q i have is,what do you set the front spring tension at,is there a method to it,etc,
Hope to see you at Plymouth
Respect- for sharing your set up info :)
Kind Regard's-

Hi Glenn
The body shell I used was the Corally Merc, and I do seem to run 3 washers most of the time, but I tend to only use either 2 or 3.
Steve- I found that the thicker sryup stabalised the rear of the car in the middle of the corner. With the thinner syrup, the rear seemed very loose mid corner, and this seemed to cause the grip to run out eairly in the race.
I have found that applying the additive longer to the front actually gives less steering ??? and with this new additive, I found the main problem I was having was to try and smooth out the steering, which seemed very agressive.
Did anyone find a good way of getting their car to be smooth?
I normally run the springs set to 22.5-23mm measured from bottom of chassis to top of spring adjuster.

with this new additive, I found the main problem I was having was to try and smooth out the steering, which seemed very aggressive.
Only seemed to have trouble with aggressive/over-steering through the long left into the chicane. On more than one occasion the car would find some grip and turn when I wasn't ready for it (eye, hand, & brain co-ordination maybe plus age) but once I turned down the steering lock a little it seemed to calm down. Rest of the track the car seemed OK with only a little push into some corners
