for eletric buggys i would say somewere like halstead sports center been a while since i was there-or any sports center
if not ask hedingham school-ask for the head(changed since i was there) or julie bartorp (dep head-was?) they have a massive sports hall cold in the winter but its big and has raised level on it so you could have spectators,
hope this helps

yes i raced electric 2wd 10 years ago outside at halsted, the track was good but not ideal for nitro as the track was to close to houses.
preferably looking for an outdoor track/grassed area for nitro as indoor would cause fumes and not really acceptable.
