Round 1 Results!

The results from Sunday 13/1/05 will be uploaded to the website tonight.

I am currently at work so cannot upload them here.

We all had a great day and although the snow threatened a coupel of times, the sun broke through and I think we all had a brilliant day's racing.

Well done to me :D who won the 19 turn class and to Bruce Noble who won modified.

The 1/12th class was kicked off and hopefully we'll get a few more guys running in the class this year, Steve McInally put on a good display with his RC12L4, followed by John Simpson with his L3 so well done lads! Not forgetting Adam and Paul Lancaster who battled their way round with their mardaves!

As I said, full results to be uploaded later.

Good to see the results up, i was looking for them earlier in the day but couldnt find nowt. How did the new race format go?

The new race format went really well.

4 rounds of qualifying and 2 leg finals, everyone was happy and the day was a great success :cool:

The format worked well without any problems. Think it will be even better when its a bit warmer as grip was at a premium so tricky for close racing. Hopefully my tea cosy as Dan put it will not be needed for round 2!!

Nah, still to cold for me. It usually rains at the april round anyway so i'll be racing indoors at the TIR cup in dunfermline, i should be at Rd3 tho.
