The GT3 versions are the most upto date cars , now the choice between club and pro really depends on the amount you are will to spend straight off. The pro version you get the club car plus all the extra bits to make the pro. Which ever version you get they will both handle straight out of the box ( i have built 2 GT3 pro's and 1 club for myself a mate plus his lad ).

Hi, i would recommend the GT3 PRO as you get all the hop-ups with it it really is a good car and very nice to drive on Tarmac and indoors as well. Any changes in setup do make a difference. I don't have any experience with the previouse cars but would think they would be very good as well if you carn't afford the Pro.

For me the 7.6 was the most succesful car outdoors, The 7.7 was not just as good outdoors (I didn't think anyway) and since upgrading to the GT3 we have never ran it outdoors. Although I don't doubt that it will be good.

I would go for the top spec car, as if you buy a lower spec car then it will be more money later to upgrade it, at least if you spend extra right from the word go then you know theres nothing extra needed because, rest assured RC-Lab's are great cars.

To be honest either of the GT3 cars are very good.

I run the Pro version at national level and have always found it just as competative as any other car. Saying that though i have recently got a club version to run as a practice car and at club meetings and it is just as good as the pro.

It is all to easy to assume that just becuase it is a pro version that it will be better than the club, but this isnt always the case. With the club version there is a lot more flex in the car due to the composite parts compared with the alu bits on the pro. This additional flex results in more grip and an easier car to setup and drive, whereas the extra stiffness in the pro is ideal for high grip situations but has to be more carefully setup due to the slightly less available grip.

The club version is just as good a quality as the pro and can certainly handle anything that is thrown at it (i was using a 7x2 in it and it went like a dream).

If you dont need to have the latest all singing and dancing version then it is ideal, especially at club level and anyway you can always upgrade it later by speaking to Mike at Modeltech.

Got 2 GT3 Pro's and I love em...

I am not a great driver, I only do it for fun but the Labs just seems to drive how I want it too
