Ready To Run Nitro TC3

HAs anyone out there got a Nitro TC3 ready to run. If so could you please reply as i wish to ask some questions.

I have one - 1st thing I did was add 2 spd and then replace the pinions and spurs after that - changed feew other bits as well.

I am now going to sell it and go electric.
