Thanks Tom

It might not help, but I have a copy of ben cosgroves set-up he used to win the bedworth modified national last year (when he was using the 415). I've uploaded it here (http://www.thard.co.uk/rc/TRF415/setups/B%20Cosgrove%20bedworth-setup-rd1-BRCA%2004.jpg) for you.
It's for the std suspension, and uses a locked centre pulley and spool. How well it would go at ashby I can't tell, I'm yet to try the car outdoors at that track. I have heard though that the LWT suspension is better on asphalt, at least thats what Marc Reinhard thinks...
Hope it helps

went to Ashby with 415 first time, this year with btcc.......i dont like Ashby lol
Bens setup is a good starting point for most tracks, but ashby is very bumby and we found blue/white}600# didnt provide enough damping and seemed to hop along the bumps rather than ride them....
its very bumpy and so using a spool may not be a great idea, with the amount of bumps a spool isnt very nice to drive with, a diff or 1way i think would be better...
didnt really get a good setup when i went (i think it was that bad i didnt even right it down lol), just decided i didnt like it hahaha
because of the bumps it may be worth starting with the kit setup of yellow all round, and play with roll cetres to induce grip at which ever end you feel, this will maintain the damping but allow tuning of front/rear grip...
basically its lwt susp better outdoor, regular susp better indoors

ps. Ed, just noticed that i must of written my MK setup wrong, i was using blue rear/white front not white alround soz :o
