Hi Guys
I'am 15 and have been racing for over 1 and a half years. I have been running my XXX-S for over half a year now and iam still srtuggling to get the best performance out of the car ???. I race at a tight indoor circuit on carpet using carpet dragons, and can't find grip going into the corners and while exiting. Every lap I'am loosing 1 second at least >:(. I have the speed down the straight but not through the corners. If anyone has anything that may help that would be gratefull.
Thanks Rob :)

Be nice to know what setup you ARE running, including motor.

stick some foam tyres on it, blue front, green rear, or 30shore rear, and 42 front.

Sorry to say but with foam tyres it doesnt matter about the setup of your car. U can just stick a set on an have amazing grip. Our club has now converted to rubbers because it actually requires skill to set up your car. I would suggest running blue springs front silver rear (associated 1s) wityh hpi b15 40 tyres and team orion yellow inserts for schumacher tyres (ori30103) or blue for less wear. this setup is great and will teach u to be able to set up a car. If you look at all the carpet nationals they are all restricted to rubbers.

Another way to increase corner speed is get a front one-way diff.

I race indoor on carpet.
If you are gettting understeer try this as it made a big difference to my car.
Take the front camber to 0 degrees. The 4 degree caster blocks will give you what you need when cornering.
Also perhaps stiffen the front end or make the back softer. Rather than keep changing sprins try the shocks at diffenent angles
