It is funny that you mention the problem. I was out today with my Hyper 7 PBS and my friend has the same one. The problem that we both had today is that the front left drive shaft seems to make their way out of the locking mechanism to the wheel. It is like something is flexing. You can't put the drive shaft back in without taking the front left side of the car apart so god knows how it comes out.

try ading a small o'ring or piece off fuel tube into the inner dog bone cup!

I am confused here. My Hyper 7 Pro uses a pin through the drive hex and drive shaft stub axle. This is secured with a grub screw. If that is how yours is I can't understand how you get them coming a part. If not then any ideas why mine is built the way it is.

That is exactly my friends and my point. The shaft is secured with the hex hub and the pin through and a grub screw. Now my friend and I have the same car and both had the same problem with the shaft coming out. The arms or something must be flexing to allow the shaft to come lose.

if they come out of the inner joint you have your hubs too far out!

That makes sense cartman, I will turn them in a little though it still doesn't explain how they fall out. Surely if the hubs were too far out I would be able to replace the shafts the same way they fell out rather then having to take the arms apart to fit the shafts. What I might do is take some pics and put them on a webpage so you can see. A visual might help a little more.

Please do ... I lost ...
My Hyper 7 Pro is 110% reliable ....... If there is a problem looming then I'd like to know. If not maybe I can suggest a solution for yours!

it could be the amount of movement and change in angles alowing them to drop out!
