Not sure where Newhyper has told you, but I'd suggest a shop called Rainbow 10 in Japan.

Dont forget, you need to think about where your going to get spares from, because your not going to get any from over here. Rainbow 10 stocks all spares, and various aftermarket parts from Square RC etc.

PM me if you want to know more.

Hmmmm......sounds like someone is going to change car from one result lol this country doesn't get the support for the top of the range tamiya's so what would be the point in changing?

The car is great when your Marc Rheinard and your getting factory support and everything but for the average joe (not trying to offend and say you are average because I don't know you) the car is very difficult to get right I have heard and without spares, so once it breaks that's it no racing for weeks untill you have imported the new parts.

Just my 2 pence worth!!!!

Personally if he can get it for cheaper than in Japan in the UK and its in stock I would recomend he does that. Rarther than him waiting ages for it to come and Customs knocking his door down for inport duty.

weeks?! pah, more like 3-5 days ;)

some spairs are available in the uk, wishbones and other non 415 specific bits are ok to get but any 415 specific stuff you wont get it in the uk.

not a hard car to get right really, was running faster the first time i ran it than i ever had with my old car...

i also like R10, very helpful and prompt delivery

Sam Smith, why comment on something you obviously have no idea about?!

The 415 has been doing well all year, and not just in the hands of Marc Rheinard.

I own an Evo 4 (basically a 415 with a shaft) and Ive gone better with it than any other car I've owned before. Im only an average joe, and used to sit in the B final at my local club. First time out with the Evo 4, with a one-way on carpet, and I plant myself firmly in the A.

Ive only broken 2 parts in 2 months (hub carrier and a drive cup) and the spares I ordered came within 5 days from Japan. :p

I nearly bought an Xray, because I feared all the things that you listed. But I took a gamble, and I've gotta say I'm really pleased I did.

Right, before this thread goes any further It is being closed. The reason being, we, that is the administrators and moderators have asked time and time again not to tell people to buy abroad on the open forum, if you must, then do it by PM.
